No, it didn't. During Hurricane Harvey water only made it up our driveways and yards, but not into homes. We've lived here for 26 years and have never been flooded or seen a flooded home in our subdivision. Thank God!

Is the pool inside or outside And how mush does it cost

Our Fairwood pool is outside and is free to residents that are not delinquent on their HOA dues. You must call Chaparral Mgmt. for an access card.
