i came and got simple French tip nails and was sitting in there for 3 whole hours, i literally left when they were closing, one of the last people to be done. My mom got a pedicure and a refill and she was done before me and all i got was a full set. There is a man with glasses and a burgundy red shirt he does my nails. And takes way too long. As if he just started doing nails. Love the work but timing is horrible. You will be sitting there all freakin day. It still shouldn’t take 3 hours.

The man doing my nails was very thorough-to a fault…….. I’ve been here for 45 minutes and he’s no where near being close to finishing. I have plans tonight and was not looking for a 2 hour refill! There was a lady behind me that got upset about her pedicurist not being properly trained.
