I had a brunch here about two months ago and it was perfect! I loved how ornate the ballroom was so I needed little to no decoration. A/C felt really good during the 90 weather we had early in the morning. Definitely looking forward to throwing another event here.

I would like to preface this review by saying I didn't even host or attend an event here. We only attempted a tour for a wedding and it was at best a one star experience due to the cleanliness of the space and the TERRIBLE customer service. We scheduled a tour with one of the event coordinators earlier the same day we contacted them. We showed up on time only to find out the tour host we had been corresponding with all day had taken a walk-in minutes before our scheduled appointment time. This already put us off, as this would have been the coordinator of our wedding day had we chosen to book with them. The (super friendly and apologetic) office manager took us up to the room we wanted to look at. The coordinator proceeded to give us a very unapologetic "oops I double booked" speel, shood the manager off after he offered to show him around, and then LEFT US to continue her tour with her walk-in clients on a different floor. -2/10 The Grand on 10 itself was beautiful, but the level of clealiness was baaaad. There were cans, bottles, and empty cups left all over the back half of the room on and by the stage, areas of dried puke in a bunch of spots on the balcony, trash all over the room, etc. We toured on a late Monday afternoon. There was time to tidy up the space for potential clients. Overall, super disappointing experience as we loved the vibe and design of the venue.

Wow, the place is spacious and nice! It was hard to get to the restroom with the tables layout, the only way to get there is walking in front of the stage 🥲
