UW Medicine COVID-19 Testing Site at Pasco

I and my husband went there to get covid test before trip to Korea. we made appointment at 2:30 and 2:45. I thought reserved people would have different process than other walk-in people. but it was just the same. We went there around 1:40 and got our test done around 2:35 because of waiting in line. My husband got his test earlier me in a same car and I did mine after him. My result came out next day at 6pm and my husband's result cam out 2days later at 2am. Our flight was planned at 10am so we were glad that we didn't need to change our flight schedule because of covid test.

I did not have an appointment, I got word that I may have been exposed. I drove immediately to the Test Site. They met me at the curb, I explained the situation. They were friendly and took my information as I sat in the car. Directed me to the next station. In less than 10 mins I was taking the test. Took the test at about 4:00PM. I had the results before 11:00 AM the next day. I was treated with great respect and fantastic service. Thank you very much to all who work there.

Very efficient and well run. Everyone was quick and professional. The man who helped me, Marc the greeter was just fantastic. Answered all my questions and put me right at ease! Ruben who registered me, was also great. Really hoping you all start administering the vaccine soon!
