Yes this is a nice community yet for disabled people the bathrooms need some hand rails in shower and on the walls the floors are slippery and tthere is no seating . For elderly 55 and up could have a few accessories for us folks to feel safe . But all in all its quiet, friendly, and enjoyable.

I moved in here in here a couple years ago and I felt like I had finally found a place where I could be for awhile. I'm 64 yrs old and just trying to survive. Fixed income and it was great. Even having to put electric in my name still worth it. THEN something changed and now I pay water and rents gone up. It's close to being more than I can handle. I'm gonna ride til my wheels fall off lol but yes park has changed as far as cost. Never really had any problems with neighbors

They hold your rent so it makes it look like your late... They find anything and everything to complain about so you either have to sell your home or lose it... My neighbors are pretty cool and friendly but they're making me move out after being here taking care of my dad for 5 years. I wouldn't recommend living here
