Very happy and will definitely be returning! It's hard to find a nail salon in Katy that has good customer service, good prices and is sanitary. CR Creative Nails checks all the boxes! Got a dip manicure and accent nail designs and Candy (the nail tech) NAILED it! 😜 Great pedicure and shoulder massage too. Thanks ladies 💜

It was my first time at this nail salon and I had a pleasant experience. Based on Google reviews I asked for Luna and Sophia for pedicure and Lisa for acrylic refill. Lisa was not the right choice for what I requested. She seemed quite confused on my simple request of acrylic powder refill and had a hard time finding the colour I showed her. After many trial and selecting the color, she said it is better I go with Shellac on top of acrylic powder. Although didn’t make sense, I said ok. Then she looked at my nails and said she cannot do my nail due to its coffin shape! I was confused as to why the shape of the nails make it hard for a nail technician. Anyways, she said it is better if someone more professional does my nail. Good thing she did, as I had a great experience with Tina. She knew her job and did a great job on my nails. Luna was also very good with my pedicure. Sophia was also fantastic with my mom’s pedicure. I am a happy customer at the end of the day despite the hiccup the Lisa created at the beginning. I will definitely be back and will book with Tina and Sophia or Luna.
