First they called me to reschedule my appt because tech was going to be out Dr appt...she's on vac. Then calls the day of to tell me my pedi tech would be late getting to me. I get there only to be told she's going to be even more late...well 1 1/2 later she starts (obviously they gave her too many appts). The tech doin my dip powder didn't seal my nails I had to call her back over to fix. She gets smart because I touch a nail after she never explained why she was spraying water (she better be glad I held myself). 3hrs later and then they say only $5 off with a bill that is ridiculous. Been a customer who has always been considerate. I was so livid because we go to these salons and they take advantage and many allow them to do so. NEVER again!!
