Got a manicure here a couple hours ago. I realized after I left that my cuticles look awful and there's a pretty big gap between the polish and the cuticles. I did mention this in the survey and they offered to see me again but I don't have time to go back. So I appreciate that they're trying, but I wish it had been right the first time. On the bright side, everyone was pleasant and easy to understand, there was no wait time, and everything seemed clean and well-kept.

I just can’t give this place more than 1 star. I’ve given this place chance after chance. Yes, it’s great that they serve drinks. But the quality of service is very inconsistent. I got my nails done 3 days ago and I addressed my manicurist about not pushing my cuticles and pulling at my cuticles. She attempted to correct it, but she tugged at my cuticles and not fully trimming my cuticles. Day 3, my cuticles were not properly manicured and they are now pulling and sore from being properly trimmed. There’s not any point in addressing your concern with management because they just argue with you. I’m not willing to use them with poor services and argumentative management.
