I am updating my review to 5 stars. How the managers are training and choosing employees at this location should be at all Ulta locations. Did this store have the best inventory? No. Were the employees lovely and walked around asking people if they needed help? Yes! They’ll even go and check displays with you if you ask if something is in stock instead of pointing you in the general direction. Mary is an amazing cashier and she’s always there when me and my sister go and she’s so helpful with my returns. My two complaints: please keep popular shades in stock, and please add fresh coffee grounds as the ones in the jar were stale.

Went in to pick up an online order and it took about 10 minutes to get helped, all associates at the front were with other customers which I get, but I had a question about picking up another product and the first associate helping me had no idea what product I was talking about and while trying to pull it up on the app she went back to the front and then went on break. When I asked a second associate about it he didn’t even look up from what he was doing and motioned over saying “the Redken products are over there”. As I’m walking around aimlessly no other associates offered help or spoke a word to me. Won’t be shopping in store again and will try to avoid online pick ups from this location.
