Ariana at Sally’s on Westheimer and Wilcrest went over an above the call of duty to help me. I don’t have much experience in doing my own nails and she was extremely patient and incredibly helpful. If only there were more ladies like her out there helping customers, she is an asset to Sally’s and I will shop there and recommend this store because of the amazing customer service she provided. The staff here is very unbothered. Two cashiers standing at registers and they just look at each other when i approach. While checking out, the other cashier helps another customer and tells her she has a reward certificate ready to use. I'm standing at my register fumbling through my phone for the reward email to show my cashier. When I do, she barely glances at it and hits a button on the register to apply the discount. If it showed up on my account, why wouldn't you ask if I want to redeem it?? My total was at $45, yes I'd like to use it!!
