This law firm came highly recommended to me, and I am so glad to have called. Very professional, great communication and dedicated. After explaining my situation to countless attorneys, this firm took the time to understand my situation. Loker Law moved forward with my case understanding it would be a marathon and were wonderful in seeing things through. Can’t recommend enough.

A trusted friend recommended me to Mr. Loker to assist with my first ever legal matter. Matt was extremely informative and walked me through every step of the case, leading to a favorable outcome. This whole process was new to me and he did a fantastic job of making sure that I was always in the loop, even with the challenges associated with fighting a legal battle in the midst of a pandemic. 10/10, would recommend and he'll be my go-to lawyer for any future needs that arise. Thanks again for everything!

Matt was phenomenal in helping me through a stressful case with inaccurate credit reporting. He was friendly from the get-go and very patient in guiding me through the unfamiliar process. He kept me informed and hopeful that we would reach a solution to this frustrating situation I found myself in. Highly recommended!

Loker Law is based in California but can represent consumers across the country.
Our cases on the plaintiff side are handled on a contingency basis. This means that cover all litigation costs and do not charge our clients for our time. If we win, everyone gets paid. If we lose, nobody gets paid nor do we seek reimbursement for our costs or time. In defense cases, we charge either $750 or 10% of the debt (whichever is greater) + court costs. The Court costs are fees required by the Court and are usually $225 or $370 depending on how much you were sued for.
We handle consumer protection cases with a focus on representing victims of identity theft, inaccurate credit reporting, unfair debt collection practice, and representing consumers who have been sued for unpaid debts.
