Phoenix Cleaners is the best. The owners went out of their way to help me get two very detailed lehengas pressed for my best friend’s wedding that weekend. I got them altered somewhere else and was panicking because they were given to me completely wrinkled. Phoenix Cleaners saved me, and I couldn’t have been happier with how they turned out. I will definitely be taking more clothes to them in the future.

Excellent, customized service. I needed a new zipper and pocket repairs on a winter coat. The manager took 15 minutes to show me several options and find a solution that prevented the stuck zipper problem I was having. The price was reasonable and the service was top-notch.

Phoenix Cleaners lost a custom shirt of my father's that my parents sent them to be cleaned. My parents told them that they lost the shirt. It cost my parents $90. Phoenix Cleaners refused to take responsibility for the lost shirt. To add insult to injury, Phoenix cleaners now sends my parents for $50 for unpaid dry cleaning fees every month for the last year when they never took responsibility for the shirt they lost. My parents are 84 and 83 years old, and this is causing them unnecessary stress. Even though my parents have explained why they refuse to pay the bill, Phoenix cleaners keep sending it, every month.
