Solis Mammography at Las Colinas in my multiple years going to this location has always been a wonderful experience. They are always cheerful, fast and friendly.

Went in for a mammogram. The results came back "abnormal" via email. No call from anyone even though the email said I would hear from a human. I had to call and make an appointment. I do my actual cancer care (thyroid cancer) at MD Anderson. They treat you like a human being and are beyond caring. They call you when they find something abnormal. Solis treats you like a number and like a walking credit card. You'll get responses from a computer but not a person. I haven't been for my follow-up yet but I don't expect much except to pay for diagnostic tests even though NO ONE has even explained to me what's wrong. If I have cancer, I'll likely find out from a computer and not from a person. I'd avoid this place.

I have not needed to call the office directly. When I call it usually goes to the centralized office where appts are made.
Solis will not be open the Friday after Thanksgiving.
