I’ve come in for several blood draws throughout the past few months and the staff is always super nice and friendly. The phlebotomist Angelica Is amazing she always make sure that I’m not nervous she’s friendly and quick and does not leave a bruise when she draws your blood!

I was nervous about being able to get my blood work done without an appointment, but I decided to walk in anyways despite the reviews as the specific test I needed had to be done as close to 8am as possible and all of the morning appointments for the next several weeks were already taken. I signed in as a walk-in and was taken back almost immediately. Erika was a rockstar - super sweet and quick with the blood draw. The employee working the front was very friendly as well and I was in and out in about 5 minutes!

My first reaction to your post was, what attendant is behind the counter? Every time I've been there, there have been no employees staffing the front counter. Instead it's a machine.
