I've been a resident of a one bedroom apartment leased by GNR for 7 years. They do fairly well managing the property. They respond to issues in a timely manner. I haven't really had any serious issues with them. They even worked with me when I fell behind on rent payments. They provide a safe, modern unit for the most part.

A friend referred me to GNR and she spoke highly of their real estate. However , I have been trying for almost a week and a half to contact someone because I have a housing choice voucher and no one has contacted me yet. Even though their recording says they'll contact you in " 24 hrs " I have yet to hear anything. It's hard looking for a place since the pandemic and to have a voucher on hand is just as hard . Maybe someone from the company reading this will find a way to reach out considering I can't leave my personal info here .

I am so displeased they have moved ppl up on top of my head she done move the whole family up there and that's all they do is jump and stump it's supposed to be a mother and a daughter up there as her mother had two brothers and her father and her sister all in a two-bedroom apartment GNR Property Maintenance sneak out and just check this out that's all they do all day long she works at home but that's her prerogative the one you coming disturbing My Prerogative done is a different thing I hope GNR probably read this and go to the second floor don't let them know you coming cuz they leave and run a live one day stay two weeks leave on one day stay to three weeks more so did you run to the apartment to two people or six or seven people y'all need to come out and check this out I've been living here almost two years I only have 6 months to sleep I'm diabetic high blood pressure I need plenty of rest but if he's any sick it's like I'm living with the neighbor from hell
Not all section 8 recipents are bad tenets if I could pay rent I wouldn't I would by a house that nobody Can take from me instead of make the landlord wealthy ... When people make comments like this are mad because you don't want to pay your rent every month and you wish have section 8 nobody doing well for themselves would make a comment like this period but the other review we're lovely and I thing I'll take my section 8 here and hope to see you around 😊

GNR Property Management look it up give them a call sometime you can take a one bedroom voucher and get a two bedroom good luck I don't have the phone number offhand but look up that GNR Property Management and give them a call have a blessed day
