Buildings are full of MOLD, it would immedietely affect my sinuses, of course they denied it when it was brought to their attention. Wages were unfair, Management is totally incompetent. I cant see how they stay in business. I suppose they lie tomthe residents like they lie to the employees

You dont wanna work maintenence here, Todd Bedpan Vogal is a total incompetent. They lie to you, there is no such thing as a raise. No appreciation of employees . Theyll hire a new inexperienced person for $2 to $3 an hour more than they pay you and expect you to train them. Youre expected to lie to the residents. Probably the worst job i ever had

Hi Wendy, Entrance Fees for the villas range from $235,900-$568,000 depending on contract type and number of people residing in the home. Monthly fees range from $3,620-$7,000 depending again on contract type and number of people. Would you like to schedule a phone call?

Does this place accept Section 8th Vouchers? How much is the rent for 1bd without Section 8th? What utilities are inc?

I am most sure that section 8 is not accepted there. As I understand, this is a continuing care facility, where you put a buy in lump of money up front, then pay rent for an apartment, expenses for meals, housekeeping, travel, and activities, such as trips out to dinner, or movies. When you can't live on your own, you move to assisted, or nursing care. I think they have a dementia unit also. I do not believe they take section 8 but you could call and ask them.
