Had to reschedule multiple times because no one knows what they’re doing. The appt scheduler says one thing and the front desk (who all have attitude problems) say another. For example, I was told I could bring my kids and then when we showed up we were turned away. Mismanaged and rude. Save yourself the time and look elsewhere.

Went for colonoscopy, afterwards in recovery I had to pee,was still goofy from sedation,could not walk yet,and was disregarded to the point of feeling a loss of control of my bladder, My cloths shoes and gear are under gurney I'm on,was told to just pee,before someone brought a pee bottle.Dr.Ri told me I have unlcer colitis, was told he'd call in Medicine,he knowingly lied. I have a follow up in 2 weeks. And NO HELP FROM DIGESTIVE DISEASE. THEY SUCK PERIOD WILL NEVER RETURN

Absolutely terrible I wouldn’t take my pregnant dog to this place! Scheduling department does nothing gave me an appointment for immediate care and then never entered it into the system so I don’t get the care I need because the ER just tells me to see my OBG… sad when my OBG won’t see me in the first place… much better off going somewhere else
