The atmosphere and the variety of activities they had was lovely but the service was rude and unwelcoming.

Raining DayDreams

Me and my two friends arrived at the studio and where immediately greeted by a staff member who without even saying hello or welcome asked us, “Are you over 16? Because if not you can’t be here without a parent.” She waited in front of us as my friend turned to me and asked what there was to do. I replied I assumed it was her job to tell us since she appeared to be waiting for us to stop talking, but after I made the comment she quickly snapped, “It’s actually not my job.” In an aggressive tone. Proceeding that every time we asked her a question she would act rather annoyed. The variety of pottery and crafts you could do was wonderful, but the attitude and disrespect that was given throughout the experience easily ruined it. The only thing that redeemed the visit was the cardboard cut-out of Bob Ross.
