It is a nice beach! Usually full!! If you want to find a park spot to early. From my experience after 11am is all full already. I try to get there before 9am. You have to pay to park. I paid $30 just to park the car. If you want a table for a picnic it is $40. Pay attention what time the parking lot close. It is usually around 5:30pm. They offer restroom and a shower outside.

Absolutely love Watch Hill. Particularly fond of Napa Tree Point. There were houses there until the hurricane of 1938. None were left standing. Had a nice walk around Napatree point. One of my favorite places in Rhode Island.

Family Fave! Love everything about Watch Hill....quaint, immaculate, and a very "New England" vibe. Parking is a fortune, but whatever, take my money, it's worth it. Walk from the sand to the charming Bay St, grab a sandwich or some ice cream. The General Store is great if you forget anything. Hydrangea everywhere, and some of the most stunning sunsets I've ever seen. If you're looking for boardwalks, music, and hopping night life, this is the polar opposite of that. Love it.

It would be smart to arrive early in the day
Yes.
There is free parking for two hours on some of the streets. There are a few parking lots, I think it ranges between ten and fifteen dollars for parking. I go during the week in late afternoon and I can usually find free parking in a lot near the stores which usually charges during the morning and early afternoon.
Probably not, the sign on the gate has hours of operation, this also adjoins a private beach resort.
You can't have on pudding if you don't eat your meat
Yes they have been wearing masks and yes they are monitoring the amount of people
Not directly on the beach but there's a bunch of shops near by
There is 2 hour free parking on the road and in the lot next to the shops. There is also paid parking lot right at the beginning of the strip. I'm not sure how much it is. And I dont know about a website. But it's a fun visit!
Not between memorial day and labor day
Michael Yes beach shelter and umbrellas are permitted.
