I would give a zero if I could. I am not sure if the lady I was talking to have any kids. I asked her if she could send someone out to check my meter due to the bill is high for a 1,200sqt home. She told me the meter is very accurate 99.6% and they can’t send anyone out. Well, ok. She told me to leave at AC at 78. ???? I have it at 75. I asked her why I get charge $75 for TDU? She told me to call my electric company. No answered there. I do not understand why.

It's funny how 99% of the reviews are overwhelmingly negative. Most of the time you only notice the power grid when it's not working, and for the vast majority of the time it's great.
