Pray your mortgage never gets transferred to this terrible company. All the poor reviews align with my experience. I’m currently in a 4-week long battle with them because they never paid my home insurance. I was one day away from losing coverage and BSI had no idea. I made the payment personally and am now left with the painstaking customer service process of getting my money back. I’m currently on hold for my 5th phone call to BSI trying to resolve this. How can you guys be so bad at this?

All I want is a final payoff quote so that I can refinance my home....something that could be handled instantly by someone with the most basic of skills....but instead, I am told that it will take 3 - 5 business days to receive the quote via email....and here it is, the end of business day 6 and still no quote....I am certainly glad that I am getting my account away from these inept stooges...I don't have the confidence that they are able to manage it properly if they can't even send an email in 6 business days.

These people get a D rating in the better business bureau and get to buy your mortgage without your consent. I've never seen so many complaints. What a joke. You all should be ashamed of yourself for this scam business. Buying mortgages from financial institutions/businesses should be illegal, especially when your business operates at a "D" rating at the better biz bureau. We didn't want anything to do with BSI yet here we are. Why doesn't your bill break down the insurance and taxes? It lumps them and won't say what you're paying for them individually. Why doesn't the bill say how many payments you've made and have left? Why doesn't the bill say the beginning loan amount?

My loan was sold to them and they I was charged twice for my first month and the best they will do is refund via mail in the next week. No empathy or consideration from the customer support.
