It doesn’t matter what time your appointment is, you won’t be seen until 1-3 hours after the appointment time, be prepared to be here all day in some cases.

The customer Rep. Are extremely rude.. Attitude early in the morning.. This is like the third time calling to confirm appt.. First of all, she never said good morning and represent the company.. Some admin need to call act as they're one of the patients.. You will see the bigger picture. My great grandfather is Henry W. Austin which by the way he founder of The Austin community. He will not be happy about how ppl handle community. She needs her head checked. I am not please with customers service.

i have never felt so upset after a yearly physical. the doctor refused me care by accusing me of selling my prescribed medications on the street, refusing to refill them, saying “we don’t to that here”. i do not know where this is coming from, as this is my first visit at this clinic and have been on my medications for years. wildly unprofessional comments and underwhelming care.

Will they bill you ?

Jay Anime | Oct 12, 2018
Jack Mann Chicago | Oct 12, 2018

I don't know if they will bill you. I do know they accept Medicaid. I do know they accept Medicare. And I am certain that they are part of Cook County Health and hospital system or cchhs which we'll set up a payment plan or give you free care if you have a Chicago address.

Do they have a sliding scale pay

Kenny Roundtree | Oct 12, 2018
Jack Mann Chicago | Oct 12, 2018

If you have insurance you pay your % of your out of pocket maximum. If you have MEDICAID it is free. If you have no coverage you have to call billing, get a manager on the phone who has authority to make a deal with someone paying cash without insurance. Once you have that person's attention ask for the amount they give (%) for a PPO DISCOUNT. Then ask if you can get a better discount because you are not requiring all the paperwork and reporting of a PPO. Usually you can get a 50% to 70% discount for cash.
