They really put some money into the new clubhouse and the course is probably the best muni in DFW. Could use a putting green close to the clubhouse/range.

I have been playing Grapevine golf course since 1997 when I first moved to the area. They have always maintained a highbrow attitude where they operate as if they are a high-end Country Club that caters to a very exclusive group. They're nothing special. It is just an average municipal golf course. They have good times and bad times as far as course conditions. Mostly good. I'm playing in a large group that has tournaments there and they inconvenience everyone by requiring cash payment in advance rather than taking credit cards like all of the golf courses. The staff does not have the desire to go out of the way to make your experience pleasant. I won't go into more details but I've never had a good experience when I went there. They always manage to do something to annoy me.
