First got there they put me in a room left me there, nobody come talk to me. Some lady goes through my belongings..when my food comes she's touching my salad. Walks in on me when I'm in the toilet. No blankets to keep warm and no washcloth or towel or soap to clean up with. I'm there about 2 days and don't see anyone where is the help I came there for. Nowhere. Like I was just put there to fill space.now I got a bill in the mail so I called to pay for it with my debit card. Gave them the information to pay it, and they still haven't taken my payment. When I call if they answer I get a runaround seems like nobody wants to do their job. Still no help

I was a patient at Meadowbrook on and off from December 2021 to July 2022. During that time the wait times after pressing the call button could be as long as an hour, my doctor prescribed twice daily dressing changes that often only occurred once a day if that, med distribution was spotty as well. In regards to food service, I was on a renal diet with no tomato or potato products but was often given meals with those options even though it was on my printed menu as restricted. One meal was a salom patty and baked potato. My food often arrived at 80 to 90 degrees as I am a culinary arts degree holder I would take the temperature. Lastly transportation to and from the internal dialysis facility was never on time and often I would be put in a hall to wait. There were a couple good staff, but too few for the number of patients.

If I could give this place zero stars I would do so. I was at LaGrange after surgery to repair a broken tibia. The place looks very nice but the nursing service is terrible. I would put my light on and it would take over twenty minutes for someone to come in. When they did, they would turn off the light and say "be back in a second" and then disappear for another twenty minutes. There was one male CNA who was absolutely great and we all loved him. The other CNA's were ok, some were better than others. The regular nurses were good but the ones who filled in on days off were not always very good. The nurses all refused to change diapers or assist residents as if this was beneath their dignity. They would say "Wait for your CNA". The food wasn't bad but it was cold when it arrived. The two best departments was the rehab department and activities department. The two ladies who worked with me learning to walk again were great. The activities people planned fun and interesting things for us to do.

My 82 yr old mom was transferred here after having major surgery and I am extremely disappointed in this facility!! They do not respond to call lights at all! I walked the halls to see if there were other rooms that had lights blinking, I did this on two separate occasions and my mother was the only room requesting assistance. I was here for an HOUR before anyone finally changed her diaper and that was after I had walked to the nurse desk several times! It’s humiliating as it is to have to wear a diaper, but my mother’s legs are so weak that she doesn’t have a choice. My mom asked for a bedside commode from Saturday and she didn’t get it until 8pm MONDAY after I inquired several times!! I need to find another place to transfer my mom to because this place is TERRIBLE!! The food is disgusting it’s worse than any hospital food I’ve ever tasted! My mother was fine when she was transferred to Meadowbrook, but in less than 24 hrs, her blood pressure was up, her heart rate was elevated, her oxygen level was low and she required oxygen. I really think her experiences at Meadowbrook is bringing about unnecessary stress. I need to find another place for my mom ASAP!!

My mom personally doesn't as she is the resident thru Seasons Hospice. I don't know if Meadowbrook or Seasons Hospice does.
Not sure how many beds but I know they have plenty. This place took care of my father very well. And got him home back to us.
No visitors due to covid. Window visits allowed if person is on the first floor.
