Getting a pizza slice took over a half an hour .. even though the pizza was already cooked in a warm hold.. Then I sat at a Spanish 21 table where the very pretty dealer proceeded to insult my intelligence by continuously trying to explain to me what a match was after I told her multiple times I am aware what a match is.. otherwise clean casino, with all the bells and whistles. I would give it another shot again if in the area

You could have the most comfortable bed and nicest room but if the customer service is poor it makes your whole experience poor! Staff at front desk need more friendlnes! Absolute issue with the carts!! They're only 6 carts for +many rooms! Hotel guests aren't as courteous to others so there should be some rule about keeping in your room!! Or get more carts? After hours of waiting.. the staff were not as helpful. I traveled 3 hours to meet family. Would not stay here again. The host at the cafe, specifically Corina was all smiles π which made the end of our stay great!

Was disappointed to discover that the buffet will not be returning. Excellent customer service from all the staff. Slots were paying and everybody seemed to be having a blast. Lots of parking and the gas station on site is always a fair price. I'm looking forward to staying at the hotel for the weekend in the near future.

We absolutely love Silver Reef Casino and Hotel. No other casino gives us more free nights and we double dip by hitting beautiful nearby Birch Bay to relax and dig some tasty Northwest Butter Clams! Great 4β Dining at the Steak House and we always leave winners!

Every Monday is Golden Groovy day where guests 50 years of age and older receive $5 off food, 5X points, and $5 in free play for slots.

I think you would have to call whoever set the trips up not silver reef themselves. But you might be able to call and ask for the phone numbers of the groups who do the bus trips from certain areas such as maple ridge...maybe unless that is a confidential thing but it's always good to find out.
