The only reason we are giving this a two star review versus a one star is because of the staff. When we checked in the person at the desk could not locate our site on the map however she was knowledgeable about other sources of information and showed us approximately where it was. When we got down to where we should set up our tent we could not figure out where exactly our site was. The person's set up in the area were also frustrated in the fact that there are no markers with site numbers and they struggled themselves when first arriving. We went back to the office and the girls there quickly were able to pinpoint on a map where we should set up behind the other three campers. The site and overall setting are great but they just try to stuff too many sites in the area. That night when the "quiet time" should have been in effect ar 11pm the band was still playing. If we had been there for several days and did not have to hit the road early the event would have been enjoyable. The showers had broken tiles and other areas need maintenance and repairs. This could be a great place if they just spruce it up, space people out just a little and observe their own rules.

We had a great time!! Heres the thing, it's a big place but theres some gem sites!! Most campers are packed in like sardines on a holiday weekend but we picked a great one!! Choose a waterline site. Ours was T94. Very private, up against a brush cove to one side, trees for a hammock. Pretty perfect for a tent site!

Wonderful people, incredible location! We brought a group of 7th and 8th grade students to Sunbanks for 4 days of exploring the area. We had an absolutely fabulous time, largely due to the kind and super friendly staff at Sunbanks. I couldn’t recommend a stay here more!!

Great experience this last weekend. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. They allowed early check-in and late check-out without hesitation. The Lakeside Cabin was clean and nicely tidied for our arrival. This is the third time our family has stayed in one of these cabins over the last five years, and each time we've been pleased with the experience. We'll definitely be back.

Yes some do have tables. Fire pits but you'll need to get a grill
Depends on when you are there & where you stay. There are regular bathrooms & showers in & below the Cabana. There are 2,3 & 5 bedroom houses that have running water & even washing machines. Also the Del Logos have running water, reg bathroom & shower. Then there are porta-potties near the stage that get over used in the weekends especially on event/band weekends, then ad alcohol & then you have what Chris mentioned. But there are other porta-potties that are up near the cabins that are not bad, but a porta-potties is not made of roses, not sure what you would expect from them.
Yes, and it's been upgraded. I think it's $25/day.
The lodge has Wi-Fi campsites don't.
The garden rv site is one individual waterfront site
Dogs are welcome with the exception of the blues festival in May and September. The grounds are 21 and over no pets. Again during the festival only!!!
