I've never felt so validated and protected. The staff here from the moment I walked in the door engendered trust and competence. The collaborative culture between there different departments makes the process seamless. They get it. Life is hard and when you hit the breaking point and ask for help, the most destabilizing thing to hear is the word "waitlist." I don't know how they make the magic happen to get my son assessed and with his own counselor in 4 hours, but they did just that. Don't waste time playing phone tag and suffering. Get help today!
