They did such a beautiful job upolstering this 1800's antique chair... I LOVE how it turned out. As they have a lot of work in their queue it took several months, but as you can see it was well worth the wait! I already left another project with them. I highly recommend Craftsman Upholstery & Interiors.

unprofessional, confusing, lack of communication, overpriced. I called for updates and the girl had no clue what I was talking about and told me she would call me back the next day. Never did. Then measurements were off. I had to pay for their mistakes. And then they called me saying they lost my cushions but then called back and found them. Told me it will be done in 6 weeks total. Took 5 months. Called for updates and again the girl had no clue what I was talking about. She said "It's not in her books. Another girl has information on my cushions." She said she would call back the next day. She never did. no recommendations to anyone. Very disappointing customer service.
