I've been leaving messages requesting a call back for at least two weeks on a daily basis. I understand that the situation is difficult with covid, etc.; however, how can it take that long for a call back? The deadline for how to handle my question has now passed but I still need to speak to someone to make an appointment. They need to hire more representatives? Very frustrating

Please explain why when calling to set up an appointment or talk to someone, Cisco Unity connections puts you into a system where no operator is available and no connection is available.

Need form for senior exemption application form
I visited assesors office in skokie and that visit is by appointment only, i took bill and in my case filled exemption applications it be good for you to take tax bill and all paper work to do with your property tax, the staff at skokie are spectacular and help with all your property tax question. Remember get on line and make an appointment, they also have on site free parking. I hope this was a little helpful. Good luck.
