Crazy high prices, highest in the area, and they are now advertising that they take all of the valuable stuff that is donated and sell it on their GoodwillFinds website rather than in-store. So not only are the prices very high, most of the good stuff isn’t even put out onto the floor.

I like shopping Goodwill and this store is a really good one. The store is always clean and organized. The staff is friendly. Special thanks to Steve , the manager. I had a merchandise problem and he quickly heard my concerns, corrected the issue, and was grateful I brought it to his attention. Way to go Steve! Way to go all the employees at Goodwill Arlington Heights !
