They offer an array of workout options and services to meet your needs - in studio and outdoor classes, on-demand, personal training and nutrition consulting. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and your fitness goals become their goals.

Programs are for there for all levels. Good walking track. All the machines you could want. Bright and sunny. Lovker room are clean and have stuff. You know what I mean ladies. Pools available. I do Zumba gold and yoga classes there.

$65/month and you can save $5 if you authorize direct debit. Also, the Medfit program gives you two months for $60, no enrollment fee, and they apply the $60 if you enroll.

Have looked and looked cant find membership costs. Everybody else has costs online. Wonder what they are hiding
You can work out on your own and use the sauna.
