thank you black bear motel for keeping my daughter and son in law safe they are passing by from toronto to vancouver ,spokane is way too expensive so they decide keep driving and find your place because of all good review they said it is like a museum but clean and very friendly peoples and it 87$ !! WOW !!they talk about how good the black bear motel ,now it give me a reason to check it one day

My son and his girlfriend stay here when the come visit two, three times a month and they absolutely love the place. They took me there cuz they wanted me to see all the awesome decorations, themed rooms and antiques they display and have for sale. AWESOME PLACE!!! THE OWNERS ARE AMAZING !!!

I have admired the very friendly older couple that takes care of this older antique motel. You have done an amazing job fixing it up to be the most unique place I've ever had the privilege to stay at. I took many pictures and think it's so awesome. It's also the first motel/hotel/Inn that we have ever felt really safe in and it's very quiet. Normally we stay at the Hilton and have all the extra luxuries but your place made us feel right at home and we didn't miss the extra luxuries. It as amazing inside as the way you have made the outside. The price difference 🤩to top it off was $80 dollars total versus the other places we stay ranging from $190 to over $300. Couldn't ask for better, THANK YOU!!!

Owner was Very Friendly and cooperative! Bed was comfortable and Our Room was clean and well maintained. This is Definitely not your Holiday Inn express so don't expect that here. Black bear motel has a nostalgic and a simple old West appeal. . Did I mention the front desk doubles as an antique shop?!? Found some hidden treasures!
