My entire family had initially rented a house boat on lake Billy Chinook. One week before we were to board we gat a call saying our boat blew up. So we were lucky to find lake Roosevelt, and they had a open spot. Although we spent more money and our drive went from 3 hours to 7 hours... It was totally worth it! Best vacation ever! Every day was truly full of adventure! Weather was great, wildlife everywhere, and the lake was perfect. Even though we just got back less then a week ago.. we are already planning a trip to go there again next year. If anybody is not sure if it's worth it... I'm telling you.. it's worth every penny, every minute stuck in the car. Just do it! It's a adventure of a lifetime! We will be back soon.

We rented the Nova class houseboat for 3 nights and had the best experience. We were not aware that we cannot drive the bost in and out of the dock ourselves. However the employees were very accommodating and made our trip very easy and enjoyable. The boat was very clean and had more than enough space for the 12 of us. I would highly recommend this one of a kind experience. If you get a chance, go to Jumping Rock, was amazing!

We just returned from a four night rental with Lake Roosevelt Adventures. We also added an additional night at the dock to allow us more time on the water the following day. There were so many amazing highlights I can't begin to list them all; we saw so much wildlife and actually had a yearling moose walk through our beach site early one morning! There is limited cell service in some areas of the lake but I loved being able to turn off and disconnect. The team at Lake Roosevelt Adventures provided stellar support from the very beginning, starting with reservations. One was the team of young men who actually carried all of our gear on and off the boat and delivered it from & to our waiting vehicles. This was no small task with 10 people! All you have to do is unpack & pack up (having done houseboat trips before this was so appreciated). The boat was sparkling clean and ready to go upon our arrival. The Nova class boat was spacious enough for 10 adults, room for all! The air conditioning was a welcome relief! The refrigerator/freezer's are full-size RV models (there's two) & work well but if you're like our group bring a few coolers for the overflow, you don't want to over-stuff them. You can buy ice at the marina & the large cooler provided in the back is great for beverages. We can't wait for our next adventure, missing the water already!
