I tried to call them for some paperwork and they never answer their phones and when they do they hang up and they don't return phone calls or emails very unprofessional I'm even trying to get a refund since I didn't get any help whatsoever I dont recommend this place you're better off with a lawyer

Family Focus Aurora is mostly open from 9am - 5pm. Depending on the program you need, there are some evening hours. Specifically, citizenship classes, GED and ESL classes (when available), and some youth programs. All other programs (Immigration Services, Family Support, Youth Development, etc) are 9-5.
