When I attend St. James I know I'll experience clear doctrine, loving fellowship, and a vibrant community. There are many young families and great patriarchs who are well invested in their church. Lay people have all the opportunities to be involved. Smaller groups meet on a regular basis to further be immersed in the Word and fellowship with people of similar values. I've met many wonderful people here and have created lasting friendships. The mission statement of St. James is easy to get behind: "A growing community, alive in Christ, continuing the tradition of serving Chicago with His Hope, Peace, and Love". I'm very proud to call St. James my church.
