Have ordered from them multiple times and have only ever had one issue. A Hand Written card I ordered was not included in the order, and after reaching out to their customer service within 30 minutes I heard a response back, offering to get the card out to me by the afternoon or offering a refund for the card. Excellent Arrangements and gifts, but ALSO excellent customer service.

At this time, we require masks while shopping in our stores. We do offer curbside pick up services at both our Lovers and Richardson locations as well.
