Outstanding work on my 2 pairs of Lucchese boots. My oldest pair required a new welt. They look just like when I bought them brand new 15 years ago. The leather was also conditioned and polished.

Terrible service I paid 90 dollars because they will fix me some men's boots and they put the patterned leather tube on it the design of the leather was a woman's it spoils it for me.

Depends on the material. Most times they can stretch from narrow to wide on the widht . But Not much on the lenght.
Hi Rachel bring it to our store so we can explain all the process to clean them most times stains will come of but , sometimes if the oil it's been there too long probably won't come off completely,but will look much better thanks.
