This place was amazing! We called beforehand which I recommend on Saturdays. The nice gentleman was very knowledgeable and efficient. I’m confident the photo he took will not be rejected. Waaay better the a drugstore for the same price; one and done!

Excellent service and guidance. RK is extremely patient and professional, and takes time to guide you through all the requirements for visa applications. Also very prompt with answering queries and keeping you updated on the status of the passport (and expected return dates) A very refreshing change from some of the other firms that I have encountered, where the staff seems short on patience and expects the client to do all the groundwork and keep everything ready before showing up at their office

I literally just got off the phone with them. If there was a 0 star that would be my review. Agent on the phone asked me 2 questions- What is the situation and the expiration date of my passport. As I was giving my destination/ situation.. he interrupts me and yells I NEED THE EXPIRATION DATE. In annoyance I responded- You're very rude. You asked questions (not one) and I'm responding as I go. He said no I'm not I'm just trying to.. ( I hung on on him) He just lost himself or the company money. I have zero tolerance for that. I need a passport now, and was willing to pay.
