First of let me start by saying this is the salon I go to for my root touch up and they always have done a good job . Last week I went for a haircut appointment (1st time using this service) I explained my hairdresser Veronica that my hair is wavy so please give me a layer trim and I should be able to tie a long ponytail . She did a rush job on the service and everything including washing my hair . The end result was she chopped of 3 -4 inches of my hair more than a trim (which doesn’t suit me now )and in between of my haircut she asked I’m sorry what style are we doing again ? Which mean s she was not paying attention to my concerns and expectations. It’s been such a terrible experience my hair is way short now than expected it hardly suits me and it will take another 6 months to get it to the length it was . In between my haircut appointment she was coughing throughout . I was extremely disappointed in the end and I told her I would have preferred a trim not such short hair she replied don’t worry it will grow back half an inch In 8 weeks . For all this they have charged me 73$ . Been a awful experience never going back to them for a haircut .
