LAWSUIT WAITING TO HAPPEN!!! I would NOT recommend this facility to anyone who has a loved one seeking stroke rehabilitation services. From the first day my father entered this establishment, he was neglected! Excluding those who provided therapies & the stand-in dietitian, the staff is not to be trusted! From the pure rudeness of the technicians to the nurses failing to feed my dad and yet giving him medicine that he couldn’t handle, to the staff taking and hiding my dad's only means of entertainment (the remote control) multiple times when they were reported, to the nurse supervisor who threw her team under the bus by saying, “well that was them” when I came to report what was happening, and even a nurse TELLING ME THAT MY DAD WAS SET UP FOR FAILURE BY THE STAFF, this place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Months later and my anxiety is still triggered since dealing with this place, even after I had my dad removed. I could say so much more because it only gets worse! Do not be fooled by any tour you take!!! I’m still trying to cope with the situation that happened to my dad here. No person should ever deal with less than qualified individuals in a field as such. I’m still in disbelief but feel it’s my moral and ethical right to warn those who are looking into this place. Lastly, before this facility provides another failed attempt at damage control by responding with a less than adequate statement, save it! It’ll be as insincere and ineffective as the meeting I had with the CEO & CNO to address the situation above.

My mother was here for 2.5 weeks after a fall. Her entire team was excellent, especially Dr. Shah and her PT, Lannhi. Everyone working here really cares, and you can tell. Highly recommended.

Highly do not recommend. This place only cares about the insurance money and not your loved one. This place left my dad in his bed and did not check on him at all or care to any of his needs. He would ask for things and not receive them for over 24 hours despite asking multiple times. He was going downhill. My aunt had to demand they take him to the ER. His blood pressure was so low and he was so weak. They didn’t care for any of his wounds at all, and now he’s back in the OR for surgery. My dad got severely worse after coming to this place. Be aware.

They will let your love ones sit & rot . Don’t go to this facility.

Not that I've noticed. I should add that a lady approached my mom during her stay who said she offered that service on a patient by patient basis but we only saw her once.
No there is not.
I believe they do. My parents have medicare and they where at this facility.
