It's not good but it's not bad my fiance is there and he gets bullied by some of the other patience and staff don't do anything about it and then some of the staff said they wont answer the phone if i call up there for him and they don't answer or tell him i called for hours. Don't go to this rehab if u want to get your life better go to another rehab

If your hoping someone in this facility will care about your loved one or your situation skip this facility both ladies I spoke with which are the intake counselors for people SEEKING help were rude from the moment they answered the phone and when trying to explain my situation that I’m trying to save my brothers life who is dying in front of me from addiction the lady on the phone had the nerve to say “I don’t have time to be on the phone with you” in less then a two minute conversation and as I’m crying pleading for someone to care she says I’m hanging up now. if I was addict this place would discourage me from ever getting the help I desperately need if you don’t truly care about the people that need this facility you shouldn’t be working there. Not just the people needing treatment but their families are going through the hardest times of their lives and a little compassion could go a long way. I will do everything I can to get this facility reported.

After being approved from Homeward Bound, I was declined to enter because I had once had wine on my breath when I tried to enter from the street.

Yes and yes
Daily substance/alcohol use (30 out of past 30 days). Since it's state-funded, the severity of use must warrant in-patient treatment.
Saturday 3 to 6 Sunday 12 to 4 (?) I think there is also 6 to 8 on some weeknights
How much does it cost?

TCRC does not offer detox. If you are using alcohol, opiates or benzos then you'll need to be cleared medically. I would recommend detoxing at Homeward Bound first.
She needs go and be there early morning and get on the line because there's going to probably be more people trying to get in and if she doesn't get in they can give her some information about other places where she can go
