A nightmare to navigate with misleading or generally poor signage.

I gave birth to my daughter here in August 2022. I was scheduled for an induction and was in labor for over 24 hours. Every nurse I had was phenomenal and made sure I was well taken care of and made my delivery a great experience. I was readmitted due to high blood pressure 3 days after going home initially and even though it was a very emotional time, the nurses on the labor and delivery floor where I stayed, we once again amazing. Thank you to Carol, Sibi, Gabriella, Regina, Therilyn, and all the other amazing ladies that took care of me!

My grandma has had to be in the hospital for a few days and we had brought my son to come visit and help cheer her up and no one has said anything at all. Brought him in today with me and was told children are not allowed in the hospital. It's bad enough that she doesn't want to be here and has been agitated and now we have to leave to because my child can't visit his great grandma. Even worse she was upset telling me that the staff got very upset with her last night needing to get up and go to the bathroom. It is literally their job to help the patient and make sure they get up safely. It's safe to say I am not happy at all.

Literally the worst hospital I have ever gone to. Only option because Medical City ER’s had almost 9 hour waits and I was crying in pain. Should have just waited the 9 hours. Nurses and dr were extremely rude. Don’t go here. They do not care about you.

Yes, I'm sure they do.
There is an on-site cafeteria, located near the main entrance, directly behind the main 3 elevators. If you are here after the cafeteria closes (which is 2 I Believe), there is a fresh marketplace down the hallway of medical office building 1 on the first floor with frozen / refrigerated food that is stocked daily.
Absolutely! This is the best hospital, in my opinion, hand down. They will do their best to help you and in the case that they can't, they will send you to someone who can. You can also look into Medical City, my mother-in-law was treated there for a pulmonary embolism. If you have pain and swelling behind the knee, it may be a popliteal vein thrombosis. This can be confirmed by your treating doctor. Please do not disregard getting medical treatment, blood clots can be deadly. Best regards.
They just stopped caring
