I was having a very difficult time in my life and needed the services these guys could offer me for which I am extremely grateful. The process was very easy and painless as all I had to do was put on my mask, wait in a car line and pull forward as each car was taken car of. Supply the answers to a few questions along with Drivers license or ID information and continue forward as the welcoming smiles and hand gestures to move forward from the crew and I was greeted with hellos and well wishes as my car was loaded up with enough food for a family's Thanksgiving meal. Not only was I blessed but Daisy my pooch was given some squeaky toys. How wonderful.....I feel and am blessed. Tears flood my eyes as I write this note of many thanks and gratitude for the angels that helped that day...truly a blessing for what you're doing for the community... Many heart felt thank you's! Yes it will.
Just Google crossroads you have to make an appointment anyway so I'm sure they will direct you to the right zip code or they will serve you very nice
In the 75147 zip code there is Maybank Area Good Samaritans, Christian Life Center and I believe there are food resources in Gun Barrel City as well.
Great place to get groceries
Dont know...bur I know its 2 saturdays out of each month
sweetie I wish I was anywhere close to you cuz I would take the food that I have and contribute to anyone that needs a meal or two or three meals doesn't matter that's what God told me to do and that's what I'm doing so text me back if you feel that I can help you in any way or anyone else out there I go to these food banks and I cook and give food away everyday thank you
Good afternoon. Since Covid-19, the pantry hours have changed. We are now open 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM, Monday – Thursday, and 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM the first and third Saturday of each month. BRING CURRENT ID OF EACH PERSON IN HOUSEHOLD PLUS ONE UTILITY BILL SHOWING PROOF OF ADDRESS. Crossroads continues to serve clients during the Covid-19 outbreak. In an effort to protect the health and safety of clients, volunteers and staff, we have implemented the following procedures: We have implemented a Drive-Thru pantry. Clients form a single-file line with their cars in the front of our building. Pantry clients do not enter the building; they stay protected in their cars while a Crossroads staff member processes their visit in a contactless manner.Clients’ cars are loaded with pre-packaged boxes containing nutritious food, fresh produce, and frozen foods for each household member. This is current info as of 02/14/2021. NOTE- THEY DO HAVE DOG FOOD JUST ASK THEM.🙂
They are open on the 1st Saturday of the month.
I.D
No, but they do give food to people who are homeless.
Hi Nathan, Crossroads will not be open on Christmas Eve, but we will be open the day before.
Hi Marek, yes we do take canned food for community service hours. We will give you a receipt showing how much food you dropped off and you just need to take that to your parole officer. We do not determine how many hours each can is worth.
Hi Vickey, you need to bring a photo ID for yourself and any other adults in your household that you'll be picking up food for. You also need to bring birth certificates or medicaid cards for any people under 18 in your household that you'll be picking up food for. And then bring a proof of address, it could be a bill, your rental agreement, lease, mortgage, etc. We just need that so we can make sure that you have somewhere to store the food you receive.
The # 466 Ledbetter aka loop 12 to cockrell hill rd.
