This store claims to use genuine Apple parts but they do not! I called to ask about an "important display message" notification that I had on my phone stating that the screen is not a genuine Apple part and the guy on the other end of the phone told me it was normal because "it's not an Apple product". When I questioned why the website states "CPR provides genuine Apple iPhone parts for your repair needs." he responded Apple screens are expensive.... WHAT?!!! This is extremely important information that needs to be shared BEFORE the work is performed.

If I could describe this cell phone repair shop in one word, it would be EXPERT. I called around town about my iPhone 11 being stuck in a boot loop and this is the only shop that knew exactly what I was talking about. They diagnosed my issue within 15 minutes and quoted me the rest of the repair which was SUPER reasonable. They saved my photos from vacation from being lost and I couldn't be more appreciative. Thanks again guys!

I had s cracked screen and damaged lighting. My phone was ready in less than an hour.
The charge is $85 with their battery and a year warranty. Customer provided parts are not allowed because there is no way to test them.
$109 and it comes with a lifetime warranty
