Lines always long, I sit at the box trying to order forever, and I can't even park in the parking lot without a super aggressive homeless person coming over to bang & beg at my window. I only come here because its close to my job.

I went To the drive thru around 10:30 or 11:00pm last night both Of The drive thur appeared to be opened it was one car that they was taking care of and one car pulling up behind that car so I pulled up at the other side drive thu. And the manager said that this side was closed there was cones that she had put down that I must have knocked down, damaged, or destroyed, I said ma’am ( Manager) there was no cones that was in place there nor that I destroyed. So I pulled up to the window to see if she would take my order at the window but she replied I’m not taking no orders at the window, I replied all I wanted to order was a combo meal. I asked her can she give me the number to the GM so I can make a complaint against her she closed the window on me and walked away while another employee sitting on top of the front counter not busy at all. They have poor customer service, and there unprofessional.

Advertised prices in the store are almost $2 less than what u will be actually be charged. Asked manager about price difference she indicated that all prices are at least $1 more than on the advertised on the menu board directly behind her?? $12 for a quarter pound combo!
