Another organization functioning as a nonprofit that doesn’t actually help. Phone was answered by Meg with a, “Hey” followed by silence when she realized she had picked up the wrong line. No one returned my call after a few messages and an email. It’s shameful that there are so many organizations operating as a non profit to collect their salaries from the government but fail to help victims of family violence and unfortunate circumstances.

I went for counseling and I feel so disappointed that I reached for help to the wrong place. The case manger that's was suppose to guide me through seemed not interested or genuine to help me . I felt really sad & discouraged. I wish if she was more empathetic.

I called to see if they had any room. The woman that answered was RUDE & just kept saying “we’re full”. No offer for additional help or resources or anything

I don't even want to give them that. Just got off the phone with the same broad who consistently says their is no space, asked for her immediate Supervisor and she said a manager hotline 🤔Then I asked her name for to write the review and she hung up.its a shame they're allowing people to be in unsafe situations and they're over there picking and checking who to help after they ask for all your information and here you go confiding in her and she knows before she puts you on hold whether or not they have beds. You have to be dead to get some help from them . what is happening to the grants, donations the are mismanaging funds. Something needs to be done about this period
