UPDATED: I decided to return for another purchase because my first order (first review) went so well and was happy with my purchase. I can’t say the same for my purchase this year (2022). I ordered new furniture that had turned out to be a disaster. I also was very disappointed that they now charge for set up. I wasn’t told about this when I made this purchase and was shocked when the furniture was just left without them doing anything. Now that the sofas are set up I have experienced a sagging sofa, the seats slide, the material is very itchy and the pillows are hard. I’ve only had this set for about 6 months but will be selling as quick as I can. First Review: The service at the Irving location was excellent. Laura was very helpful and made sure I understood the full process if buying. They were also able to accommodate my delivery schedule. I found the perfect furniture for a great price. I’m glad I stopped in. Update: Great delivery service by Raul and Pablo today 3/5/2019. They were on time and very fast with the set up. Everything looks good.
