Only worked here for 3 weeks, it was terrible, this is for future employees: The work conditions were not good, its 100+ degrees every day outside and this place is not air conditioned. Be prepared to get bruises and blisteres. Lifting packages OVER 70lbs is common even though they only ask you to lift 70lbs. They require you to supply your own work gloves and box cutter. The management makes false promises and teases you with lead positions. Then, when you ask about the position they extend the position out to keep you in your original position. They monitor you all day like its a prison or something. They promised a pay bonus if you complete a full weeks shift and that didn't happen twice. Management gets an attitude if you try to leave early and treat you like they own you... I wouldn't recommend any one to work here.

I was referred here. I have to say I was very intimidated because it is considered labor intensive. However I have experience working in a fast paced environment and do very well under pressure. I didn’t work here long but I loved the quickness of moving boxes and organizing because it literally felt like I’m working out throughout my whole shift and getting paid for it. The fast pace environment helped the shift fly by very quickly. I loved third shift! People are helpful and nice, the company is flexible. Even though I went home drenched in sweat, it was well worth it. UPS will make you toned up very quickly. If you love working out, and wanna get paid for it, give this company a try. The benefits I’ve heard are amazing. I couldn’t stay due to the fact I wanted more hours but was too beat to work longer. But I would def give it another try in the future if I had to!

It's a decent place for younger people to work and have their college paid for. The only downside is UPS needs more spots available for higher paying positions and need to promote their long term hard working employees *cough* * cough*

Is the driving test done with a stick shift or automatic? Have a driving test coming soon on E Bardin rd Arlington, tx and need to know. Does anyone know the direct number to the warehouse? Please help, thanks.
