The young lady Talia went above and beyond by making a suggestion on how to retrieve a package I needed by a baby shower the next day. I ordered 7 days in advance with expedited shipping 2-3 bus days but pkg was taking longer but was going to arrive in my mailbox today but not by 2pm so as she suggested, I went to Po as soon as opened and another very nice lady retrieved my package and I appreciated both of them going Above & Beyond for me, a customer. If they had not, I would not have gotten the gift on time. I am very appreciative.

This is the most incompetent post office I have ever had. They return mail to sender because they missed it in their truck and don't feel like going back, saying "Incomplete address". How was is scanned and sent to my delivery dashboard id it was incomplete? They are the worse! Good luck getting all your mail!

Lazy delivery drivers just mark that they attempted delivery when they haven't, likely because they didn't want to walk it to my apartment door, which isn't even necessary since there is literally a mailroom! I hate when Amazon gives my packages to usps. THE ABSOLUTE WORST!

The postman/postwoman can never deliver mail or packages to the correct address. It's not that difficult t0 look at the address on the envelopes or packages to make sure they are placing it in the correct box. I'm missing 2 packages that they marked as delivered to my mailbox. Trying to contact someone over the phone at USPS is very frustrating. Trying to submit a service ticket online to find my mail doesn't even work because "there's an error submitting". UGH, my money down the drain and the company I ordered from will not send another replacement. Thanks USPS.
