My experience with Petland Frisco store (1st time visit) was not as good as I was hoping for. I scheduled for appointment to see 2 to 3 dogs and on the phone I was told that would be no problem. When I got in the store, there was only one other customer in the store and she was looking at rabbits. I was greeted by the young lady named Val and although she's smiling, everything seemed to be kind of rushed and not really interested in selling me one of the puppies and she told me I can only see 1 puppy viewing and there was 2 others I wanted to see and they were higher priced but I was feeling not very welcomed and rushed. I did like the little puppy that I picked out 1st to see, a little Morkie and he is as cute as he can be. And when the store started filling up with people I really felt like I was being pushed aside because she started being interested in taking care of another lady that came in after I did. When it came down to the financing she didn't inform me that it had to be automatic withdrawal at the beginning she told me about it after the fact. I wasn't gonna have that, so I told her never mind I'll just use one of my credit cards and I did, paid for the full amount myself which I am glad I did. It was not a very welcoming environment, for the other employees there, none of them were smiling and not very friendly at all. It is like they hated their job and was not happy at all doing it. I must say I wished I had went to the Dallas Petland, cause they're a lot nicer, friendlier employees than this store (been there 2x) and they gave me more options I wish I took them up on it, they just didn't have the little Morkie I wanted. My husband and I plan on getting another little dog but I do not believe I will be going back to the Frisco Petland store. I must admit the package that comes with the puppy is very awesome! But for the price you pay you should get that and more. The warranty could be extended a little bit more than just 4 days to be seen by their own vet otherwise it voids and 14 days if we just don't want the puppy and to bring it back which I was seriously thinking about doing because of the way I was done and I felt like I was cheated by not giving me the 100.00 off for setting an appt like the website said. I still have several more days to think about. Question what kind of scores do you must have to be financed by petland because my scores are all in the 700's, they may not be a perfect 850 score but come on they are still good scores!

It was a great experience finding the perfect puppy for me at Petland Frisco. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable. My puppy is my baby. She is adorable, sweet, and precious!!! She’s everything I wanted!! Thank you❤️

Yes. Petland ships in puppies from out of state puppy mills. Alot of times these puppies are very ill and many have died. They are coming from puppy farming operations which poses a higher risk for illness.. You can find a reputable breedervwith health guarantees for $1000s less than Petland.
An easy answer would be all kinds. The puppies they sell are akc registered and have all their papers. I was told that the breeders they use are the top 5% and have had no violations in the past 2 years. With all that they take care in chosing their puppies.

Prices are significantly higher than other places but they are a good reputable company. Call ahead and they will be more than glad to assist you . Hope this helps you.
They do sell bunnies, but I don't know if they are lop bunnies.

I was sold a very healthy puppy and he's doing great today! Any breeder can end up with sick dogs, but I agree the health of the puppy you buy should be taken very seriously! There is no way to give you a direct answer to your question though. I highly recommend asking in the store of over the phone.
